Overall a positive experience, reasonable price. The only thing I didn’t like was once I was home I noticed my receipt listed I need 5 new lug nuts. I wish since they were rotating tires they would have advised me of that. I would have definitely told you to replace them at the time. Now I’m gonna worry about losing lug nuts cuz they are bad lol

It was my first time to Jay's. My Yukon needed a water pump , hoses belts and thermostat and antifreeze. The estimate that I got from Tyler for everything could not have been better. I was on a road trip with my friends and called an hour before close with car issues. Tyler answered and let me bring it in for a quick inquiry. We were correct in our suspicion to have a muffler issue. They were able to weld my muffler back to good condition on the spot before close. I was charged an extremely reasonable price. J’s saved my roadtrip, and my day. I am so grateful.
